Return and exchange policy and requests:
At Ultimate Beds® we do strive to try and ensure
every customer receives the perfect mattress for their individual needs. This
is the reason why we have such a wide range of comfort levels and also have
such a detailed fitting process. Accordingly we do encourage a visit to our
showroom in order to spend some time for a fitting, so that we are then able to
offer a recommendation.
If, after a showroom fitting, you were to still
find your new mattress was not suitable for you and were to require a different
support level, we will be happy to exchange it over for you within the Perth
Metropolitan Area. All our customers receive free delivery in the Perth
Metropolitan Area initially. If a mattress exchange does need to take place,
while we are happy to perform this service, we are obliged to levy a $225.00
pickup and delivery fee (a higher fee will apply outside the Perth Metropolitan
Area) in order to cover our costs.
By reason of the above, we are regrettably unable
to consider refunds unless due under Australian Consumer Law.
Mattress exchanges are available within 8 weeks of
delivery. Mattress exchanges for custom mattresses and splits may not be
available, or only available at greater cost, by reason of the one-off nature of
such mattresses and/or the need for such mattresses to be reduced in size to
the next standard size.
