Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
At Ultimate Beds, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new mattress. If you are not entirely satisfied within the first 100 nights of sleep, you are eligible for a full refund. Our return process is designed in partnership with our charity affiliates, ensuring that your returned mattress is donated to those in need.
Key Details of Our Return Policy:
– Trial Period: We recommend that you allow your body a minimum of 28 nights to adjust to your new mattress. If, after this adjustment period, you remain unsatisfied, please contact us within 100 nights of delivery to initiate the return process.
– Mattress Intact: During the trial period the cover of the mattress is not to be removed.
– No Resale of Used Mattresses: Please rest assured that we do not resell used mattresses. Your returned mattress will be donated to a charitable organisation.
– Collection Process: Upon initiating a return request, we will coordinate a pick-up through one of our partner charities. Please note that collection may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the availability of our charity partners, and will occur during business hours.
– Logistical Considerations: For addresses located outside metropolitan and regional areas, or those with access restrictions, our customer service team will assist you in facilitating the return process.
– Drop-off Option: If necessary, we may request your assistance in delivering your mattress to the nearest drop-off location. Upon receiving your donation receipt, we will promptly process your full refund.
– Receipt Requirement: To process your refund, please provide your original purchase receipt.
– Condition of Returned Mattresses: Mattresses that have been damaged physically, exhibit mould, dirt, stains, odours, or signs of bed bug infestations are not eligible for return or replacement.
– Eligibility: This refund policy does not apply to custom size or split mattresses.
– Limitations on Returns: Our return policy allows for one return of up to two mattresses per household. This policy applies only to your first return request, so please contact us within the initial 100 nights of ownership to initiate the return process.
– Original Purchaser: Please understand that our 100 night satisfaction and guarantee policy is strictly and only eligible to the original purchaser of the mattress and not valid and/or not applicable to any subsequent purchaser/owner of the mattress.
